VIDEO GUIDE

Italian Sign Language

Etru offers visitors a video guide in Italian Sign Language (LIS): a collection of over 90 videos featuring artworks and museum sections, presented with accessible text and accompanied by video descriptions in LIS. This is a useful tool to help sign-language-using visitors discover the artworks and engage with the content of the museum’s various sections.

The VideoguidaLIS app can be downloaded for free from the Apple and Android app stores or used online on the national VIDEOGUIDALIS platform.

Multisensory itinerary

Tactile tables equipped with tactile reliefs, bas-relief models, and 3D models of the major masterpieces in the Villa Giulia collections are available for visitors to use freely along the tour route. Each table features QR codes that provide access to additional content on the website, including video guides in Italian Sign Language (LIS) and in-depth textual information in English.

Visit the page dedicated to the MULTISENSORY ITINERARY to discover all the available content.

CASTELLANI COLLECTION IMMERSIVE ROOM

The immersive room dedicated to the history of the Castellani family and their extensive collection of gold and silver objects and antiquities features a video guide in Italian Sign Language (LIS) with English subtitles, which accompanies the video projections.

The room is located on the first floor of the museum’s left wing and serves as an introduction to the Villa’s main floor, where the Castellani Collection of ceramics, bronzes, and gold and silver objects is on display.
